Lakers Play Their Likely Playoff Foe

The Lakers will get a look at their probable first-round playoff opponent today when they play the Denver Nuggets at McNichols Arena in Denver.
Denver has won 8 of 11 games and appears likely to take the eighth and final playoff spot in the Western Conference.
The game will be televised at 12:30 p.m. PDT on Channel 2 as the second half of a doubleheader. Boston will play Philadelphia in the first game at 10 a.m.
