Accountancy Firm Leases Landmark Building Floor

The entire 17th floor of the 24-story Landmark Building at 11755 Wilshire Blvd., has been leased to the accountancy firm of Block, Good & Gagerman. The 10-year lease for 17,550 square feet is valued at $5 million and was negotiated by the West Los Angeles office of Zugsmith & Associates Inc.
