Agoura Hills Hotel to Open in September

A September completion is scheduled for a $21-million, 283-room Ramada Hotel at 30100 Agoura Road, Agoura Hills, according to a spokeswoman for the developer, Piedmont Development, Santa Monica.
The hotel will have two five-story buildings, banquet and meeting facilities, restaurant and bar, terraced patio areas and a swimming pool.
It will be operated and managed by Ramada Corp., Omaha. The architect is Solberg + Lowe, Santa Monica, and the general contractor is the Pasadena office of M. H. Golden Co., San Diego.
A special feature of the facility will be a 130-seat entertainment lounge with specialty lighting, sound systems and a hardwood dance floor.
