The formal opening Thursday evening of the Griffin Towers office complex at 5 Hutton Centre Drive, Santa Ana, will serve as a benefit for two Orange County groups.
Griffin Realty Corp. and the Ahmanson Commercial Development Co. will host the black-tie event for the YWCA of Southern Orange County and the Program for Women Foundation, from 6 to 10 p.m.
Upon completion, the seven-acre project’s two 12-story towers, joined by a three-story atrium, will become Orange County’s singularly largest office building with 563,479 square feet of gross building area. Cost is estimated at $100 million.
