Home Sites Planned for Equestrian Use

The largest development in Hidden Hills, comprising 115 acres, has been named Hidden Hills Country Estates and will be divided into 62 equestrian home sites on lots ranging in size from one acre to 3 1/2 acres.
Continental Communities Inc., the Woodland Hills-based developer, will direct all sales and construction activities on the site, located north of Valley Circle Boulevard between Victory and Burbank boulevards.
