Chase Manhattan Bank named John C. Kissinger, 44, western region executive for the commercial sector. He will be responsible for the New York bank’s activities in California as well as overseeing regional banking offices in Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Los Angeles and San Francisco.
Kissinger, a 19-year Chase employee, will work out of the bank’s Chase Plaza headquarters in Los Angeles.
