The Studio City Residents Assn. recently elected 1987 officers at its annual meeting. The new president is Polly Ward, a senior financial analyst at Atlantic Richfield Co.. Ward has served on the board of the association five years. Also elected were Richard Bliven and Mary Hoffenberg, vice presidents; Theresa Flanagan, secretary, and Harold Edelman, treasurer. The association has spearheaded a drive for legislation to force compliance with community plans.

The Executives’ Assn. of the San Fernando Valley recently installed its 1987 officers and directors: Dick Ecker, executive director; Bruce Merrin, president; Barbara Miller, first vice president; Ron Prejean, second vice president; Susan Aaron, secretary, and John Whitman, chief financial officer. New board members are Ellie Brooks, Lonnie Gershfeld, Rolfe Metzger and Joane Dalton. Founded in 1978, the association is a networking organization for businesses in the Valley.
