Union Ice Co. of Los Angeles appointed Executive Vice President H.G. Richard Williams to the additional post of chief operating officer. He will be responsible for overseeing the company’s operations, including both the ice and cold storage divisions. Also, the firm appointed Steven M. Capps director of finance.
