Burbank-based Zero Corp. said it acquired Computer Furniture and Accessories Inc. for “slightly over $2 million.”
Zero said CFA, a privately held maker of computer work stations that has sales of about $2.5 million a year, will be consolidated with similar Zero operations in North Hollywood. CFA is now based in Gardena. Zero President Wilford D. Godbold Jr. said all 18 CFA workers will be offered jobs in the new location.
Zero also said it completed the previously announced sale of its discontinued acoustical-cover product line for an undisclosed sum.
Zero makes enclosures and accessories for electronics equipment. It also makes Zero Halliburton aluminum luggage.
