Moreno Units Have 3 Plans

The first phase of the 72-unit Bel Air Homes single-family development opens today in Moreno Valley with 39 two- and three-bedroom houses priced from $89,950 to $104,950.
The houses by Bel Air Custom Homes Ltd. are offered in three one- and two-story floor plans with 1,075 to 1,601 square feet of living area. Standard features include attached two-car garages with indoor access and laundry alcoves, ceramic-tile or hardwood-floored entries.
Other standard features include wiring for cable television, vaulted ceilings, fireplaces, air conditioning, oak kitchen cabinets and ceramic-tile counters. First move-ins are expected in April.
Three furnished models are open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily at Frederick Street and Bay Avenue, reached from the southbound Pigeon Pass Road/Frederick Street exit of the Pomona (60) Freeway.
