Australia faces a somber economic outlook this year with rising unemployment and little improvement in its trade deficit and foreign debt problems, according to a survey of economic experts and business leaders. The annual survey, published by the Age newspaper, contrasts sharply with official predictions of a slow but steady economic recovery in 1987.
