GUILD HONORS NANETTE FABRAY
Actress Nanette Fabray has received the Screen Actors Guild’s highest award for her career achievements and contributions to humanitarian causes.
Fabray became the 23rd rece-pient of the achievement award created in 1963 to foster the ideals of the acting profession. Past honorees include Bob Hope, Pearl Bailey, James Cagney, Katharine Hepburn, Paul Newman and Joanne Woodward.
