County Seeking Sites for Public Housing Projects
Los Angeles County’s Community Development Commission is seeking to purchase sites large enough to accomodate 12 to 40 public housing units.
The CDC is also looking for sites to be developed under the turnkey method, in which the developer proposes a project, meets the commission’s qualifications, builds the development and then sells it to the CDC for a set price.
All sites must be in the 2nd, 3rd or 4th supervisorial districts. More information may be obtained from the CDC’s housing production department, 1436 Goodrich Blvd., City of Commerce 90022.
