Pacific Christian Turns Back Caltech, 62-59

Four players scored in double figures Tuesday night to lead Pacific Christian College to a 62-59 victory over Caltech in a nonconference basketball game played at Cal State Fullerton. Mike DeVries led the Deacons with 14 points, followed by Burton Lalk (13), Brian Keiser (12) and Randy Staton (12).
Brett Bush scored 18 points, and Ed Zanelli added 17 points for the Beavers.
Pacific Christian improved to 4-4.
