Pierre Smith and Jeffrey Williams, basketball players for New Mexico State charged with shoplifting in Honolulu, have been released from the Oahu Community Correctional Center.
Smith and Williams, who were in Hawaii with their team for the BYU-Hawaii Thanksgiving Tournament, are accused of taking more than $200 worth of men’s clothing from a department store on Friday. A hearing is set for today.
