Stabbed W.Va. Inmate Declared Brain-Dead

MOUNDSVILLE, W.Va. — One of three West Virginia Penitentiary inmates who were stabbed during a Thanksgiving-eve attack was declared brain-dead Friday, officials said.
Corrections Commissioner A. V. Dodrill said it would be up to the family to decide whether to remove the life-support system from inmate Danny Lehman.
