Holiday Tradition to Continue With With Angel Tree

A 25-year-old holiday tradition will be continued when the Angel Tree, sponsored by the Palos Verdes Junior Women’s Club, goes up Nov. 28 in the Courtyard Mall.

The tree is hung with the names of more than 500 disadvantaged South Bay children, supplied by the Salvation Army. Shoppers who wish to make a tax-deductible contribution may choose a card with a child’s name and size from the tree and return with an article of clothing.

The Angel Tree will be on display through Dec. 7 and again the following weekend. Further information is available at 541-5752 or 541-2719.
