Bodies of 43 Pilgrims Found After Ferry Sinks

NEW DELHI — Rescue workers recovered the bodies of 43 Hindu pilgrims killed when a ferry capsized in western Rajasthan state, a radio report said Tuesday.
At least 100 pilgrims were aboard the boat when it sank Sunday in the Parvan River near Kota, almost 300 miles south of New Delhi. The devotees were returning home after bathing in the Parvan, which Hindus consider sacred.
