PRAGUE, Czechoslovakia — George Habash, leader of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine, met with Communist Party officials Monday, the state CTK news agency reported. Habash’s group is one of the more staunchly Marxist factions in the Palestine Liberation Organization.
