Microventure said it terminated merger discussions with Dallas-based American Financial Network Inc. because “a range of issues could not be resolved.”
Irvine-based Microventure, a closely held developer of office automation systems for the real estate industry, did not specify the issues that could not be resolved.
American Financial Network operates a computerized home mortgage service.
