Vacancy Rate Down in San Diego Offices
Vacancies in downtown San Diego offices dropped slightly in the third quarter of this year, judging by results of a survey taken by Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Services.
The survey showed that the third-quarter vacancy rate was 18.8%, in contrast with 19.2% in the second quarter.
