Theodore Cox to Be Seated as Leader of BIA Chapter

Theodore E. Cox, president of Watt Pacific Development Co. of Santa Monica, will be installed Saturday as president of the Greater Los Angeles Area chapter, Building Industry Assn. of Southern California.

The chapter’s 48th annual installation dinner will be held then at the Sheraton Premiere Hotel in Universal City starting at 7 p.m.

Other new officers are F. Daniel Rigney, Rigney Development, first vice president; Richard Garber, First Nationwide Bank, vice president; Harvey Steinberg, Inner City Planning & Development, vice president; William Lockert, Resitec Inc., vice president; Neil Barton, Lincoln Title Co., secretary; Walter Abronson, E.D.C. Inc., treasurer, and Allan Lowy, Lowy Development Corp., immediate past president.

Members of the board of directors are Walter Abronson, Neil Barton, Mary Barry, Richard Brush, Steve Butcher, Brian Catalde, Ted Cox, Lester Day, Don E. Earl, Dale Eleniak, Merle Entner, Richard Garber, Martin Green, Candace Guy, Marlene Hamilton, Gary Hand, Robert Head, Tak Fujii, Jerry Hileman, Herb Hirsh, Len Jensen, and Irving Kroll.
