Absentee Voters Get Weekend Time
To accommodate absentee voters, the San Diego County registrar of voters office, 5201-I Ruffin Road, will be open for emergency absentee voting from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. today and Sunday.
The office also will be open to the public from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. today so the public can obtain campaign disclosure statements on all political candidates running in the Tuesday election.
Spokeswoman Maggie Edwards said the office had processed 79,070 absentee voter applications and that as of late Friday, 30,886 of those have been returned to the registrar’s office.
