Proposition 63: Official Language
What is Proposition 63 doing in a state whose very capital isn’t “officially English†(let alone its major cities, valleys, mountains, and streams)? Are the proponents of this proposition grossly ignorant of California’s heritage, or are they mounting a veiled attack on Latinos and Asians?
