Two San Clemente men have been arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to distribute cocaine, and $95,577 cash has been seized from their home, authorities said. No drugs were found on the men or in their home. Arrested at 8 p.m. Tuesday at Lindbergh Field in San Diego were Juan David Ospina, 25, and his brother, Victor Manuel Ospina, 36. After being taken to the San Clemente City Jail, the two Colombians posted $25,000 bail each--in cash--and were freed.
