Minor Quake Rattles Parts of New England

CONCORD, N.H. — A minor earthquake centered about 10 miles north of here rumbled through the Concord area Saturday and was felt as far away as northeastern Massachusetts, the National Earthquake Information Center in Golden, Colo., said. No damages or injuries were reported from the quake, which was measured at 3.9 on the Richter scale.
