Crash Kills 2, Hurts Burbank Woman
Two Oklahoma women were killed when a car driven by a Burbank woman crossed over the median of Interstate 40 in Oklahoma City on Friday and slammed head-on into another car, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol said.
The Burbank woman, Ada I. Hagan, 65, was hospitalized in critical condition with head injuries at Baptist Medical Center in Oklahoma City, said patrol spokesman Lyndal Christian.
Christian said Hagan’s sister, Tharon R. Kokojan, 63, of Oklahoma City, was a passenger in Hagan’s car. She died in the crash.
The driver of the second car, Wilda Jean Zweiacher, 57, of El Reno, also was killed, Christian said.
