Discus thrower Art Swarts has been suspended by The Athletics Congress, becoming the third U.S. track and field athlete ruled ineligible this month for using a banned substance during the 1986 outdoor season.
Shotputter Darren Crawford and javelin thrower Tom Jadwin were suspended previously for similar substance violations.
