Earnings Rise Again for Community Psychiatric

Racking up its 69th consecutive quarter of increased earnings, Community Psychiatric Centers said that net profit for its fiscal third quarter, ended Aug. 31, rose 16% to $12.8 million from $11 million for the same period last year. Revenues increased 12% to $60.7 million from $54.1 million.
The Santa Ana-based operator of psychiatric hospitals and kidney dialysis centers said net earnings during the first nine months of its fiscal 1986 rose 17% to $40 million from $34.2 million. Nine-month revenues were $184.1 million, up 12% from $164 million in 1985.
