1 Killed as Buses Collide Near Lincoln Tunnel

NORTH BERGEN, N.J. — A charter bus carrying vacationing Austrian police collided Thursday with a commuter bus in an express lane outside the Lincoln Tunnel, killing one passenger and injuring 25 people, police said.
The tourist bus, outbound from New York, swerved into a lane of Interstate 495 reserved during the morning rush hour for inbound buses and collided with a DeCamp Bus Lines commuter bus from Nutley, N.J., police said.
