A Senate panel that gathered evidence for the impeachment trial of imprisoned Nevada federal Judge Harry E. Claiborne filed its report with the full Senate. The Senate will vote--possibly by next week--whether to remove Claiborne from office for failing to report nearly $107,000 on his 1979 and 1980 tax returns.
