The undercover informant who helped the FBI crack municipal corruption cases in New York and Chicago was arrested for the dismemberment slaying of a wealthy Florida widow 11 years ago. Michael Raymond, 57, a convicted swindler, is accused of ordering the 1975 murder-at-sea of Adelaide Stiles, a newspaper columnist who was Raymond’s lover in the early 1970s. Fort Lauderdale police arrested Raymond in federal court in Nashville, where he had been sentenced on weapons charges in an unrelated case.
