Home Shopping Tours Made Easy With New Video Rental
With the phenomenal number of videocassette recorders in Southland homes it was only a matter of time before home-building firms decided to tap this generally affluent market to sell their houses.
This has occurred with the start-up of Video Guide to New Homes, developed by Kevin Pfeifer, real estate marketing consultant and columnist for Professional Builder magazine.
Available only in the VHS format, each tape features dozens of two- to three-minute presentations of new home developments in the Southland. The tapes will be available for rent in specialty video rental shops, Pfeifer said.
Future editions covering the San Francisco, San Diego and Phoenix markets will be available early next year. Video Guide is located at 1729 S. Douglass Road, Suite F, Anaheim 92806.
