Apartment Building Started in Hollywood

A February, 1987, completion is scheduled for the Hollywood Plaza, a 112-unit apartment building being built at 7400 Hollywood Blvd. by the Homestead Group Associates of West Los Angeles.
Designed by Urmston Stiehl AIA, West Los Angeles, the four-story building will have single, one-and two-bedroom units with a rental range from about $575 to about 1,000 a month. The building will have two levels of underground parking.
