Acting on a tip from a groom, U.S. immigration officers swept into the Saratoga (N.Y.) race track and arrested 13 alleged illegal aliens who had jobs working with the horses. The men, all Mexicans from the Zamora area, were released on their own recognizance pending a court date in Buffalo.
