A robbery and kidnaping suspect captured days after evading a police dragnet at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory pleaded innocent to 26 felonies stemming from 11 armed holdups. Timothy Howze, 36, who worked as a janitor at the NASA facility in La Canada Flintridge, pleaded innocent at his arraignment to 15 counts of robbery, 6 counts of attempted robbery, 3 counts of kidnaping and 2 counts of assault with a deadly weapon. The Pasadena man was ordered by Municipal Judge Victor Person to rem1634299424and to return to court Sept. 2 for scheduling of a preliminary hearing. If convicted, he could be sentenced to more than 50 years in state prison.
