Homes in Redlands Offer Choice of 3 Floor Plans

Twenty-four Mediterranean-style homes are for sale in the first phase of Westerly Development Inc.’s planned 117-home Del Flora community in Redlands.
Three floor plans with one or two stories are available, ranging in size from 1,452 to 2,020 square feet. Each plan has two, three or four bedrooms and two or three bathrooms.
The single-family homes have living and dining areas, master bedroom suites, fireplaces, laundry areas, central air conditioning, fenced yards and tile roofs.
Prices range from $96,500 to $125,900.
Three decorated models are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily at 30503 Independence Ave., reached from the University exit of Interstate 10.
