Homes Started at Coto de Caza

Construction has started on the first major residential development at the master-planned community of Coto de Caza in Orange County.
Pacesetter Homes of Newport Beach will build 77 new single-family detached homes, many located along the fairways of the new Coto golf course, and has scheduled a tentative grand opening for November. The homes will be priced from $175,000.
Coto de Caza is a joint-venture development of Arvida/Disney Corp., Chevron Land Development Co. and City Federal Savings & Loan.
