A Los Angeles teen-ager wanted in the shooting death of a Korean liquor store owner was arrested at his sister’s home in Indianapolis after a three-hour standoff with police. Rodney Donnell Taylor, 19, was being held without bond while he awaits extradition to California. Taylor is accused of killing Lee Kee Hong, 38, during the March 30 holdup of the Mas Liquor Store in Los Angeles, police said. Indianapolis authorities said they received a tip that Taylor was hiding at his sister’s house.
