Dr. Michael Myron Olson was sentenced to life in prison without possibility of parole for a murder committed more than four years ago in his Gardena dental offices. In imposing sentence, Torrance Superior Court Judge William R. Hollingsworth Jr. followed the recommendation of the jury, which returned a guilty verdict against Olson, 45, last May 12. Prosecutors alleged that the dentist killed David Paschal, 26, of Fullerton, in December, 1981, to prevent Paschal from testifying against him in a kidnaping case.
