Fullerton : Former Marshal Back in Court as Traffic Judge

Robert K. Tuller Jr., a former deputy marshal at North Orange County Municipal Court who went into private law practice, has returned to that courthouse as a traffic trial commissioner.
Tuller, 42, took the bench July 7 after being appointed by the municipal judges of the North Court, according to Court Administrator Robert R. Rill.
A lifetime resident of Fullerton, Tuller has practiced law in the city for the past 13 years.
