Bourns Inc., Riverside, and Du Pont Co., Wilmington, Del., said they signed a letter of intent for Du Pont to acquire the Bourns IC Packages business. The facility would be relocated to Du Pont’s Research Triangle Park near Raleigh, N.C. Terms were not disclosed. Bourns Inc. declined to say how many employees would be affected by the move.
