Rightist Seized in Blast

GERONA, Spain — Two rightist extremists destroyed the offices of a nationalist party in this Catalan city with a bomb Thursday, but one of them was arrested after their getaway car crashed, police said. Officers said the two, members of the rightist group Catalan Militia, planted a bomb that wrecked the office of the Nacionalistes Desquerra party.
