LeRoy Ellis Jr. Switches to Orange Coast College

LeRoy Ellis Jr., son of former Laker center LeRoy Ellis, has transferred from the University of Pacific to Orange Coast College.

Ellis, 6-feet 8-inches and 220 pounds, played in only 13 games during his freshman season at Pacific. As a senior at Parkrose High in Portland, he averaged 23.4 points, 12.3 rebounds and 6 blocked shots per game.

Ellis’ younger brother, LeRon, will be a senior at Mater Dei this season.
