Simi Valley Project Opens

Mountain View, a Roberts Group IV community of 91 single family homes, opens today in the master-planned Wood Ranch area in Simi Valley.
Located 2 1/2 miles east of Moorpark (23) Freeway via the Olsen Road exit in Simi Valley, the project reflects a variety of housing types, a championship 18-hole private golf club, jogging and equestrian trails and other recreation advantages.
Mountain View homes are priced from $159,900 to $199,900 plus a homeowners’ monthly fee of about $60. Plans are sized from 1,646 to 2,390 square feet, in one- and two-story levels, and include three and four bedrooms, two and 2 1/2 baths.
Interiors include large family rooms, vaulted ceilings, circular stairways, ceramic tile entries, central air conditioning and heating, carpeting and fully equipped kitchens.
Move-ins for the first phase of 35 homes are projected for September. Four model homes, decorated by Design One Interiors are available for daily viewing from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
