Work Begun on Business Park
Construction is under way on the 54-acre Safari Business Park on the southeast corner of Vineyard and Francis avenues in Ontario.
A development of Carl Ross of Diamond Bar, founder and inventor of Lynx Golf Clubs, the business park will include 14 buildings, ranging in size from 37,250 to 217,652 square feet and totaling more than 1 million square feet of space for lease. Phase 1, four buildings totaling 260,000 square feet of space, is expected to be completed in November.
The entire project is expected to be valued at more than $30 million.
D. L. Bendetti Co. of Newport Beach designed the tilt-up buildings, which will be situated in a park-like environment, and Daum/Johnstown American’s Ontario office is handling leasing and represented the developer in acquisition of the property.
