COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. — A man who is accused of stabbing a rival 32 times will not be charged in the death because of a law that protects people fending off intruders in their homes, authorities said.
Keith Alexander, 24, was killed June 27 after he allegedly broke into Lloyd Carmon’s home and attacked Carmon with a knife. Police said the men apparently were part of a love triangle with Carmon’s ex-wife.
