WALT’S PLACE
So what’s the big deal about the Disney “Big Cheese†renaming their latest animated feature “The Great Mouse Detective†(Outtakes, June 29)?
Aren’t they the same creative geniuses who changed the name of the entire organization from Walt Disney Productions to the Walt Disney Company? (I guess “The Michael Eisner Company†didn’t have quite the right ring to it.)
May I suggest a more appropriate name to reflect the current state of affairs at the Burbank lot: Walt’s Dismal Company.
