Business Park Work Started

Construction is under way on the $50-million, 62-acre Yorba Linda Business Park, a joint project of Kaiser Development Co. and Great American Development Co.
The project, on La Palma Avenue near Weir Canyon Road, will include 20 parcels ranging from one-half-acre to 19 acres, either for sale or as build-to-suit opportunities, according to a spokesman for Grubb & Ellis Commercial Brokerage Services, the marketing agent.
The development will consist primarily of “low-tech” buildings for manufacturing, distribution and warehousing operations. Two buildings, each with about 35,000 square feet, are under construction at the project and are available for lease.
