Printing Assn. to Move Offices to Business Park
The Printing Industry Assn. of Southern California plans to move into its new headquarters in City of Commerce Monday from 1424 West 12th St., Los Angeles.
Its new headquarters will be on the entire fourth floor, 12,370 square feet of space, of Trammell Crow Co.’s Bank of America office building on the southeast corner of Slauson and Eastern avenues in the Commerce Business Park. The lease, valued at about $2 million, was handled by Kevin Staley for Trammell Crow and Grubb & Ellis for the lessee.
The Printing Industry Assn. is a 61-year-old organization serving the commercial and publications printing industry in Southern California. Its 1,580 member firms generate about $2.2 billion in annual sales volume. About 40 people will be employed in the new offices.
